As the Product Delivery Manager, you will report to the Delivery Lead of the analytical product pillar in Arup’s Digital Technology product engine. Your primary focus will be on managing the software delivery processes of one or more products within this pillar, embedding a product-centric, agile delivery culture, and enabling our teams to effectively and efficiently deliver products that drive forward our mission of engineering a more sustainable world.
- This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, from agile delivery management, team coaching and coordination to strategic planning and stakeholder communication. This diversity ensures that no two days are the same, keeping the role dynamic and engaging.
- This role allows you to exercise your leadership skills to influence and inspire teams towards achieving significant milestones and delivering high quality results. You will directly influence the successful delivery of the products that help Arup, and its clients transform how the world’sbuilt environment is designed and built.
- You will be at the forefront of product delivery. Your innovative ideas and creative solutions can shape the delivery of a diverse portfolio of products. This role allows you to think outside the box and bring fresh perspectives to the table.

- Leadership and Team Management Skills – Are you confident in leading and motivating a diverse and globally distributed team to achieve goals and deliverables?
