Boulder Associates is seeking a proactive and service-oriented IT Help Desk Support Specialist II to provide onsite and remote technical support for users in our Seattle or Sacramento office, as well as firmwide. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, creative environment and takes pride in helping others stay productive through efficient and dependable IT support.
The IT Help Desk Support Specialist II will serve as a trusted resource for approximately 40–50 local users and more than 200 employees across nine U.S. offices. The role combines hands-on desktop support with firmwide collaboration and proactive problem-solving.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Certifications (Microsoft 365, CompTIA A+, VMware, Fortinet).

Demonstrate initiative, responsiveness, and follow-through on support tickets.
2+ years of desktop support and troubleshooting experience.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Familiarity with Autodesk, Bluebeam, and related design tools.

The anticipated salary range for this role is $70,000-$78,000+ depending on experience and location.
