Collaborate with customer service and supply chain teams to resolve client issues, ensure service excellence, and enhance client satisfaction.
Mentor and develop sales team members, ensuring alignment with company values and organizational goals.
Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients through in-person visits, presentations, and regular communication.
Support design community engagement and participate in industry events to expand market presence.
Ensure responsible management of expenses and assist in collections for slow-paying accounts.
Promote a collaborative, results-oriented work environment that emphasizes organizational success over siloed departmental thinking.
Maintain detailed CRM activity logs, track sales activities, and report on sales effectiveness.
Participate in and contribute to branch and business development meetings, review sales, margins, and market trends.
