Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred).
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis tools such as STAAD Pro or Tekla Tedds.
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, CDM regulations, and on-site constraints.
Proven experience in scaffold and temporary works design, with strong knowledge of TG20:21, SG4:22, and BS EN 12811.
Chartered Engineer (CEng) status, or actively pursuing it.
