Track and report all emergency exercises, including action closure and lessons learned, in accordance with audit expectations.
Monitor the execution of site-wide security protocols in collaboration with private security contractors, ensuring alignment with ADNOC security standards and project security procedures.
Participate in planning and review of escape, evacuation, and rescue systems (EERA), emergency communication, and emergency response protocols.
Maintain close coordination with Construction Contractors, EPCM emergency leads, and COMPANY representatives to ensure that all ERCM and security arrangements are consistently applied and updated.
Act as the site-level coordinator for all emergency preparedness activities, including drills, training, and documentation of ERP-related updates.
Facilitate behavioral safety and welfare monitoring for female staff employed and accommodated on DAS Island, ensuring a secure and respectful working environment.
Ensure all site personnel and visitors, including construction contractors and their low-tier contractors, receive appropriate HSE and emergency response induction and refresher training as per the Project Training Matrix.
Assist the ERCM Manager in overseeing the readiness of emergency response systems, emergency team rosters, equipment, and communication systems across the site.
Support the implementation and maintenance of the Emergency Response and Crisis Management (ERCM) Plan for the EPCM Project on DAS Island, in compliance with ADNOC HSE-CE-ST01 and project-specific requirements.
Serve as focal point on Site during emergency drills and real-time incidents, supporting on-scene coordination, documentation, and post-event reporting.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in emergency response, firefighting, rescue operations and/or security coordination.
Computer literacy in MS Office, ERP tracking tools, and document control systems.
Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline (e.g., Emergency Management, Security Studies, Occupational Safety, or equivalent).
Knowledge of ADNOC HSE standards (particularly HSE-CE-ST01, HSE-EC-CP02, and HSE-EC-ST03), and emergency response and security regulations.
ADNOC-approved certifications and international qualifications preferred (e.g., OPITO T-BOSIET, H2S, NEBOSH, Emergency Response Planning).
Skilled in emergency preparedness planning, field response, training facilitation, and drill execution.
Capable of working under pressure during emergencies with excellent situational awareness and communication skills.
Proficient in maintaining emergency response records, tracking KPIs, and managing post-incident documentation.
Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and security service providers to ensure effective access control, incident response, and site protection.
Prior involvement in implementing ERP/ERCM programs and conducting emergency drills aligned with ICS principles.
Military, civil defense, firefighting, or law enforcement background will be considered an advantage.
Strong integrity, professionalism, and ability to maintain confidentiality and impartiality in security-related matters.
