- Inventory management: Support reporting, inventory parameters, inventory planning & control and product life cycle management.
- Provide support to customer service, sales team, product management, and production team with business and product strategy
- Plan and execute requisition of raw materials from authorized suppliers.
- Develop short- and long-term production schedules based on demand forecasts, sales orders, and inventory levels.
- Provide daily/weekly production schedules that maximize equipment capabilities.
- Resolve all inventory, delivery, and performance issues to improve inventory position.
- Revise essential system planning data to ensure our ERP system is effectively planning future requirements
- Analyze and manage MRP, material master /parameters.
- Proactively report product and material availability issues.
- Participate and contribute to monthly SIOP (Sales Inventory Operations Planning) process.
- Use basic statistical models and tools to analyze historical demand and inventory levels and make recommendations.
- Maintain strong working relationships and communications with manufacturing.
- Communicate schedules and priorities to production supervisors, team leads, and production teams.
- Coordinate production & inventory planning of raw materials and components.
- Continuously look for and suggest process improvements to reduce lead time, costs, and waste.

- Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills
- Proficient computer literacy, Microsoft Office especially Excel
- Knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain concepts and application
- Minimum 3 years of production planning experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Epicor ERP system experience preferred
- Minimal travel may be required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain/Logistics, and Operations Management or equivalent relevant experience.
- Self-starter with ability to work independently under pressure and react quickly to changing priorities
