- Learns all the details of the plans and specifications of the project assigned. Partner with project team supervision to prioritize tasks.
- Coordinate with Operations on the projects needs for equipment and labor.
- Participates as required with the in-house pre-construction planning procedure and development of the project schedule and meets with the owner or the owner representative.
- Managing a crew and fulfilling schedule obligations.
- Ensures customer satisfaction in all Customer and Inspector relations and interactions.

- Experience operating enterprise-level drone platforms
- Strong understanding of UAV flight principles, FAA regulations, and aerial data collection practices
- Demonstrates experience in construction site/heavy civil layout.
- Remote Pilot Certificate
- 3-5+ years of commercial drone piloting experience, preferably in the utility or infrastructure sector
- Terramodel, Trimble Business Center and Trimble GPS experience a must
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Minimum of 2 years of survey experience in a heavy civil construction environment.
- Professioanl License Survey preferred
