Receptionist: Bolton, ON

Description

The Receptionist will handle communications, assist walk‑in clients, manage in‑store transactions, and keep customer records up to date, ensuring smooth store operations and high customer satisfaction.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to walk‑in customers, addressing needs and ensuring a positive experience.
• Manage incoming calls efficiently, providing accurate information and routing calls appropriately.
• Process transactions for in‑store purchases, ensuring cash and card payments are handled accurately.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM database, verify details, and enter warranty information accurately.
• Actively promote store products, services, and promotions while delivering high‑quality service in‑store and over the phone.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; associate’s in business preferred.
• 1‑2 years related work experience in a customer‑facing environment.
• Proficiency in Spanish or other languages preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with customers.
• Customer service experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to use CRM systems, point of sale software and basic computer applications.
• Good problem‑solving skills and ability to handle customers with patience and a solution‑oriented approach.
• Accuracy of work and processes.
• None (travel).
