Produce clear, accurate valuation and advisory reports in line with RICS standards and firm templates.
Support senior team members in nurturing repeat work from existing clients.
Ensure files are complete, auditable, and compliant.
Manage multiple one-off instructions at different stages, ensuring deadlines are met.
Carry out property inspections, take measurements, photographs, and gather all relevant site/tenure information.
Analyse comparable evidence and local market data to support valuation conclusions.
Work in accordance with RICS Valuation – Global Standards (Red Book) and internal quality procedures.
Working as part of an established team, undertake valuations of individual residential properties (flats, houses, small investment blocks) for a range of purposes (lending, acquisition, tax, accounts, internal decision-making).
Keep up to date with local residential market trends and evidence.
