Provide internal and external support related to tracking and collection of project accounts receivable
Research and resolve client inquiries related to invoicing
Maintain accurate project financial records and billing files
Assist with project setup and budgeting, including review of contract compensation and billing methods
Maintain client and subconsultant contracts
Coordinate with subconsultants and vendors regarding accounts payable
Prepare and process client invoices and contract documents
Support the Finance team and Project Managers with additional finance and contract related tasks as needed

Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
Solid knowledge of accounting, finance, and billing principles, methods, and procedures
Approximately 10% travel required for collaboration and business support, including periodic visits to offices such as Atlanta, Orlando, and Raleigh (generally four days per quarter), with additional travel as business needs require
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Georgia location preferred
4+ years of relevant experience (preferably in an Engineering, Architecture or Construction environment)
Ability to adapt to new tasks, work assignments, and diverse personalities
Self-starter who can independently identify and pursue solutions with minimal direction
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with strong attention to detail
Exceptional problem solving, critical thinking, customer service, and organizational abilities
Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or equivalent field
