Clinical Research Manager

Description

• Lead clinicians and technicians across multiple concurrent, multi‑visit, and multi‑state studies.
• Interpret protocol requirements, apply critical thinking, and monitor study progress and data collection.
• Create, maintain, and file case report forms, source documents, and trial master file records, including adverse events and device accountability.
• Ensure clinical supply accountability and secure sponsor‑provided devices and equipment.
• Communicate regularly with sponsors and executive management on study design, progress, mitigation strategies, and overall status.
• Supervise staff performing data analysis and clinical execution, handling hiring, training, performance appraisal, and issue resolution.
• Assist recruitment by communicating screening goals and supporting participant enrollment.
• Perform and train all protocol‑required clinical procedures, such as vital signs and laboratory tests.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with current Colorado license (BSN preferred) and no disciplinary actions.
• Clinical research experience and prior management experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, critical‑thinking, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Up to 25% travel required.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Technical background considered a plus.
