Water Resources Engineering Project Manager

Description

• Lead hydrologic and hydraulic analysis/design for municipal, state, and federal projects
• Manage schedules, plan production, and cost estimates
• Support marketing and client engagement
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineers and subconsultants
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure project quality, budget, and schedule
• Develop 1D/2D hydraulic models (HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, XPSWMM, GIS, AutoCAD Civil 3D)

Requirements

Our client is seeking a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area to support their growing water resources and hydrology & hydraulics practice as a Project Manager. This hands-on, seller-doer role combines technical project delivery with team leadership and client engagement.

• Licensed PE
• 7+ years consulting/design experience; 2+ years project management
• Experience with HEC software, 2D modeling preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (ABET-accredited)
• Strong communication, organization, and team skills
• Advanced hydrologic/hydraulic analysis and design skills
• Proficient in GIS and AutoCAD Civil 3D
