The internship role supports manufacturing engineering initiatives by contributing to process‑improvement projects, designing fixtures and tools, and analyzing production data. Interns will work alongside cross‑functional teams such as Quality, Maintenance, and Production to develop documentation, perform root‑cause analyses, and uphold safety and company policies.
Candidates must be actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.0 and be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Preferred qualifications include a basic understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, quality systems, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with CAD software such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
