Promote a safe working environment by enforcing health and safety rules and housekeeping standards.
Conduct performance reviews, return-to-work meetings, and investigations related to quality or performance issues.
Collaborate with management to resolve operational challenges promptly.
Support operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead, motivate, and supervise up to 20 production operators to maintain productivity and quality.
Ensure compliance with H.B. Fuller’s Quality and HSE policies, internal procedures, and work instructions.
Ensure production activities align with the production plan, procedures, and standards.
Execute the production plan and ensure accurate completion of SAP transactions.

Previous experience as a Production Operator.
5+ years of experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
Exposure to continuous improvement or lean manufacturing environments.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to instruct and support team members across all responsibilities.
Supervisory experience within chemical, adhesives, or related manufacturing industries.
Strong conflict resolution and leadership skills.
