Maintain a high degree of applicator production with quality control.
Responsible for the training and supervision of the production staff.
Insure compliance with Federal, State and Local Licensing, Permitting and other Local Regulations.
Responsible for hiring/association and terminating/disassociation of applicators as necessary.
Assist applicators whenever necessary.
Provide training and installation standards to all applicators. Maintain inventory control, prevent shrinkage, take quality and accurate monthly inventories.
Keep proper inventory count and control, and order inventory as needed.
Scrutinize labor bills for accuracy and approval of payment.
Review each job for shipment and discuss with applicators.
Responsible for maintaining overall quality control of each job.
Control in and out of warranty service costs.
Maintain and negotiate favorable cost control with installers.
Responsible for any and all other duties as designated by the Branch Manager
Maintain high standards of business and work ethics on daily business with all you come in contact with.
Work closely with city and county building departments to maintain a good working relationship.
Promote installer referral programs for lead development.
Perform periodic inspection of jobs as needed to insure quality installations.
Maintain and update production reports daily to insure accurate reporting.
Maintain a network of qualified applicators to install all jobs.
Maintain a training program to assure product trained applicators.
Maintain proper service records and back charge independent contractors responsible
Track installer staffing levels to insure adequate crews to meet sales trends.
Responsible for the expediting of all repairs at a minimum cost to the company.
Maximize shipment of jobs each business day.
Responsible for acquisition of all permits required prior to starting job.
