Description

The Project Manager will oversee commercial masonry projects from preconstruction through closeout, serving as the primary liaison between internal teams, General Contractors, and project stakeholders. This role is ideal for a Project Manager with a General Contracting background who has worked closely with masonry or concrete scopes and is looking to transition into a specialty contractor environment. The PM will play a key role in driving schedule, cost, safety, and quality outcomes while supporting field leadership and mentoring junior team members.

• Provide value-engineering solutions when appropriate
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and cost controls to ensure successful execution
• Review and manage shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
• Mentor and support project staff to promote a collaborative, high-performing team environment
• Track project deliverables and ensure timely completion of milestones
• Lead buyout processes, subcontractor coordination, and material procurement
• Partner with Superintendents to develop and enforce project-specific safety plans
• Coordinate closely with General Contractors, owners, architects, and internal field teams

Requirements

In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire

• 3+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Ability to manage subcontractor-driven projects and coordinate complex trade interfaces
• General Contractor background strongly preferred, with direct exposure to masonry and/or concrete scopes
• Experience working on fast-paced commercial projects in an active market
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred but not required

Compensation: $105,000 – $125,000 (DOE)
