- Overflow warranty diagnostic or repair during new equipment labor warranty period (when service cannot support)- after labor warranty expiration the call would be sent to the service dept.
- Effectively communicate with customers regarding planned tasking, issues, or impacts.
- Pressure test, evacuation and charge refrigerant containing equipment
- Work with all electrical components from disconnect throughout equipment.
- Perform tasks outdoors in environmentally challenging conditions including wind and extreme cold weather.
- Installation and startup of multiple types of HVAC equipment.
- Controls wiring / Electrical connections at equipment
- Wiring of wide range of controls, system components, equipment.
- Proactively identify any unsafe conditions or hazards and communicate them effectively.
- CUSTOMER SERVICE- We assure a quality response in a timely manner for both internal and external customers.
- Assist with equipment installation
- Participate in Safety Program requirements.
- Accomplish tasking working from Job Plans, verbal information, schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, documents, vendor/manufacturer manuals, and applicable specifications and codes.
- Assist with piping connections at unit, including condensate, refrigerant lines, and Chilled, Hot water.
- Accurately and thoroughly document hours worked, tasking performed, materials used, and processes involved.

- Successful completion of a relevant Trade school or apprenticeship program or be able to complete that requirement within 1 year of hire.
- Clean driving record, able to operate a company vehicle, insurable.
- Must have high standards of quality with attention to detail.
- DEPTH OF KNOWLEDGE- Our team offers clients the highest level of understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Experience required in HVAC/R mechanic work, including installation and startup of various Plumbing, Mechanical, Heating and Air Conditioning equipment.
