Construction Director

Description

• Develop and maintain professional client relationships to meet program and project requirements.
• Deliver contracted Project and Construction Management services.
• Manage and direct schedules for planning, design, and construction phases.
• Implement Divisional Health & Safety policies and procedures.
• Implement Divisional QA/QC policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with KEO internal processes and procedures.
• Prepare staff loading schedules, monitor performance, and oversee profit & loss responsibilities.
• Manage planning, design, and construction on large projects and programs.
• Achieve financial objectives for projects and programs.
• Study assistance sponsorship.

Requirements

• Minimum 25 years experience in roads, bridges, and highways.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional membership in an engineering or construction management society (desired).
