Adhere strictly to safety requirements and procedures as outlined in the Policies, Programs, & Procedures Manual and MSHA/OSHA standards while wearing proper PPE.
Utilize specialized tools and equipment for diagnostics and repairs. Stay updated with the latest technology and repair techniques.
Keep accurate/detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs and report any major issues to senior mechanics or supervisors.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing oil, replacing filters, and lubricating components to ensure equipment operates smoothly.

Ability to repeatedly lift, push, pull, and climb throughout the day.
Troubleshooting/Computer diagnostics.
1-3 years of hands-on experience with heavy equipment or relevant training through vocational schools or apprenticeships.
Ability to work in field conditions, including the ability to handle repairs and maintenance tasks in various environments. (i.e. Construction sites, remote locations).
Motor Vehicle Record Check
5-Panel Drug Screen
Basic knowledge of Yellow Iron repairs and Plant Maintenance
Fit for Duty Baseline Physical (if applicable)
Must be able to pass a background check, fitness for duty evaluation, and pre-employment drug testing.
