We seek a dedicated Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair machinery used in aluminum production. The technician will troubleshoot mechanical issues, conduct routine inspections, and perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life. Collaboration with production teams and a proactive approach to safety and quality are essential.
The Multi‑Craft Technician position is in the Maintenance department and reports to the Department Manager with direction from the Supervisor/Team Leader. The role follows a 12‑hour shift schedule (6:45 am – 6:45 pm) on a 3‑days on/3‑days off rotation, with a starting rate of $29.10 per hour and opportunity for higher earnings.
