Obtain appropriate components per documentation and handle them per SOPs.
Work is conducted in a clean room environment.
Operate equipment, including turntables, filling machines, sterilizing tunnels, vial washers, and conveyors, to complete operations per SOP.
Clean and sanitize walls, equipment, and floors following SOPs.
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and replace damaged or worn parts.
Perform all procedures and processes for the filling of sterile products and ensure the cleanliness of the aseptic process area.
Participate in training programs to maintain qualification status for working in aseptic areas.
Prepare components for use in sterile filling, and set up and operate equipment such as filling machines, filler parts, powder recovery systems, vial washers, and parts assembly pre-sterilization according to standard operating procedures.
Interact with other technicians to learn processes.
Employ aseptic techniques while working in a clean room/ISO-rated environment.
Operate autoclaves to steam sterilize components and machine parts.

Experience in sterile processing and quality control.
Candidates must be flexible for additional workdays per week and/or additional hours per day.
Experience: One to three years in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment performing similar duties.
Mechanically inclined self-starter with strong attention to detail.
Prior experience in a regulated industry is a plus.
Initial orientation and on-the-job training occur on the 1st shift, from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Knowledge and application of aseptic techniques.
Strong data entry skills.
Potentially qualify for Quality Control environmental monitoring tasks.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates Degree in Sciences or equivalent is preferred.
Proficiency in cleanroom operations.
