You’ll lead a dedicated team, ensure top-quality results, and keep our sites looking their best, safely, efficiently, and on time. From planning and resource coordination to mentoring staff and maintaining client relationships, you’ll be at the heart of it all.
- Monitor health and safety compliance, including RAMS, permits, and site inspections
- Provide training, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members
- Plan and schedule daily workloads, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time
- Communicate effectively with clients, attending meetings and resolving any issues on site
- Coordinate staff, subcontractors, vehicles, machinery, and equipment
- Identify and price additional works where required, supporting continuous improvement
- Carry out quality checks to maintain high standards across all sites
- Supervise and support grounds maintenance and tree work teams on-site

- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Proven experience as a Grounds Maintenance Supervisor or Team Leader
- Confident communicator with a hands-on leadership style
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Strong background in landscaping, grounds maintenance, or horticulture
