The Account Executive will research prospective client opportunities, manage leads to maximize planned‑maintenance sales, and collaborate with the construction team to uncover opportunities. Responsibilities include presenting solutions, preparing proposal documents, achieving margin‑level sales targets, and delivering outstanding customer service throughout the sales cycle.
- Research and develop prospective client opportunities within assigned territories using calls, visits, networking, and industry events.
- Manage leads through analysis and solution‑based programs to grow planned‑maintenance sales.
- Collaborate with the construction team to identify and cultivate sales opportunities.
- Prepare and review client proposals, including financial and technical sections, using standard templates.
- Achieve sales targets within defined margin levels to increase market share and profitability.
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
- Maintain and grow client relationships as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Prioritize tasks independently and manage time efficiently.

The position requires regular sitting, walking, and use of office tools, as well as mobility across Connecticut client sites and occasional lifting of 50 lb. Work is performed in typical office and warehouse settings with frequent travel to client locations.
