  • Experience leading or mentoring assessors.
  • Strong understanding of Gas Transmission’s Safe Control of Operations (SCO) procedures.
  • Proven experience in assessing workplace competence.
  • Experience in developing assessment tools and templates.
  • Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
  • Significant experience in the gas industry, particularly in mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation disciplines.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to workforce competence.
  • Skilled in using Office 365 and other relevant digital tools.
  • Familiarity with competency frameworks and internal quality assurance processes.
  • ASV001 - Level 3 Award in Assessing Competence in the Work Environment.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
