At RESPEC you collaborate with clients on critical problems, designing infrastructure in remote locations, developing renewable‑energy solutions for global projects, or applying data‑driven technology to improve mining and water systems. The work emphasizes deep technical knowledge, real‑world experience, and a commitment to impact.
The Lead Strategic Communications Specialist serves as the “Voice of OCI,” managing communication of technical and clinical transformations to a workforce that may feel overwhelmed, ensuring the value of the Federal EHR is clearly understood.
Key duties include developing an executive‑level communications strategy that defines messages, themes, channels, and audiences; overseeing digital, print, and multimedia product design to reflect organizational values and visual identity; creating stakeholder‑engagement programs such as town halls, podcasts, and office hours; and maintaining a centralized knowledge repository to support communication and clinical requirement definition.
Candidates must demonstrate mastery of Associated Press style and narrative storytelling, expert use of MS Office 365, Adobe Creative Cloud, and SharePoint, and a deep understanding of change leadership and organizational communication. A bachelor’s degree and ten years of experience (including eight years in senior communications management) are required.
The position is remote, with salary dependent on experience and a comprehensive fringe‑benefits package. Employees are eligible for the Employee Stock Ownership Plan after a qualifying period.
