Monitor scope changes on site, document changes, and notify project manager.
Compile data and photos in a report; edit, assemble and photocopy reports as necessary.
Prepare observation reports from daily review in a detailed and timely manner.
Assist in monitoring the quality of work in progress on site to ensure compliance with tender documents as well as applicable codes and standards.
Assist with contract administration and client management as needed.
Lead all activities with the highest degree of professionalism and safety.
Attend on site project meetings and mockups as instructed by the project manager or supervisor.
Provide assistance to other technicians and technologists in the field.
Coordinate all data entry for invoicing of time and cost of work.
Perform site assessments, inspections and tests as required to produce condition analysis reports.
Complete various on-site tasks including measuring, drawing, exploratory cuts, identifying defects, photography, cleaning, etc.

Inter-provincial trade qualification (TQ) in the roofing trade.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
