Safely install HVAC equipment and components, including furnaces, A/C units, water heaters, ductwork, and gas lines
Ensure all work is completed on schedule and to code, meeting manufacturer and safety specifications
Complete diagnostic readings using appropriate test instruments
Install sheet metal and flexible ductwork in manufactured homes and residential/light commercial buildings
Respond to customer questions with professionalism and courtesy
Accurately wire both high-voltage and low-voltage systems
Load, transport, and verify all job materials and equipment
Pre-measure and plan each job to determine required materials and tools
Communicate with dispatch and management to provide real-time updates on job status, delays, or issues

Must be mechanically inclined and be able to distinguish between different HVAC equipment.
Previous HVAC installation and/or service experience is required
Willingness to work on-call and overtime hours require.
Demonstrates strong organizational and customer service skills.
Completion of a trade program in an applicable field is preferred.
Working knowledge of HVAC installation, start up, related HVAC tools and test instruments.
EPA certification is required.
Maintains a valid driver's license and an acceptable MVR.
Demonstrates solid problem solving, judgment and decision-making skills.
