Responsibilities include generating maximum sales efficiencies, promoting the Hilton Grand Vacations and Hilton Club brand, mentoring the sales line, and maintaining a professional image that reflects HGV’s standards of integrity, quality, and service.
Candidates must have a consistent record of outstanding timeshare sales results, be able to work flexible hours—including nights, weekends, and holidays—obtain a Real Estate License within 45 days of hire, and hold a high school diploma or equivalent. Preferred qualifications include at least two years of mentoring, coaching, or supervising team members, front‑to‑back timeshare sales experience, and prior sales closing or management experience.
