Architect (Revit / BIM Specialist)

* Assist in clash detection, coordination meetings, and BIM data management.

* Ensure adherence to local building bye-laws, codes, and project timelines.

* Prepare construction documentation, detailed drawings, and compliance sets.

* Collaborate with structural, MEP, and design consultants for seamless integration.

* Develop, coordinate, and manage architectural drawings and BIM models in Revit.

* Support project stages from concept to execution, ensuring design intent and technical accuracy.

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architect with strong proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows to join our team for an upcoming projects

* Experience: Minimum 5 years in architectural design & execution (preferably high-rise projects).

* Excellent communication and coordination skills with consultants, site teams, and clients.

* Degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch) from a recognized institution.

* Software Proficiency: Revit (mandatory), AutoCAD, BIM workflows; knowledge of Navisworks / Dynamo will be an added advantage.

* Strong technical knowledge of building systems, detailing, and construction practices.
