- Review and certify vendor bills for MEP trade packages including:

- Review and certify vendor bills for C&I trade packages including:
- Provide regular billing status reports to project leadership
- Verify vendor claims against work orders, approved rates, and completed quantities
- Implement robust financial controls to prevent billing discrepancies
- Develop detailed billing schedules aligned with project milestones and cash flow requirements
- Verify work completed against approved drawings and specifications
- Prepare detailed quantity statements and measurement sheets
- Coordinate with project managers for bill approval processes
- Interface with vendors and subcontractors for billing clarifications
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and procurement teams
- Timely processing of vendor bill certifications
- Prepare variation order bills and change request documentation
- Conduct thorough quantity surveys and measurements for all trade packages
