Based on your current level of experience, you may be asked to take on task-level or project management responsibilities, along with business development, and staff mentoring tasks.
Providing EHS compliance and performance management services, such as audits and reviews (multi-media) of compliance and performance management programs and development and implementation of EHS management systems.
Providing litigation and regulatory enforcement support services, including hazardous waste and hazardous materials management.
Developing compliance documents and permit applications associated with the Clean Air Act (CAA), Clean Water Act (CWA), Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA), and other regulatory programs.
Drive personal, company, and rental vehicles to client or company project or office sites, and other business locations, as needed.
Supporting projects involving due diligence including ASTM-compliant Phase I Environmental Site Assessments.

Advanced degree in geology or environmental engineering. (preferred)
Experience working on demanding, sophisticated, and legally-sensitive projects. (preferred)

Health & Safety training, medical monitoring, and client-driven drug and background testing may be required.
At least 5 years of experience in an EHS consulting environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience. (required)
Candidates must currently hold and maintain valid U.S. work authorization. New H-1B visa lottery and employment based green card sponsorship are not available for this position.
Detailed regulatory knowledge, especially CAA, CWA, RCRA and EPCRA. (preferred)
Bachelor's degree in environmental science, earth science (geology or hydrology), environmental, civil, or chemical engineering. (required)
Valid U.S. driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record for business travel. (required)
Regular fieldwork and overnight travel. (required)
