Key responsibilities include installation and project execution, customer interaction and professionalism, compliance and safety, and team collaboration and reporting. Contractors must perform tub‑to‑shower conversions according to specifications and building codes, load and transport materials, maintain a clean work environment, communicate clearly with homeowners, conduct final walkthroughs, follow safety guidelines, maintain licensing and insurance, work with the Installation Manager, troubleshoot on‑site issues, and provide timely project updates.

• Perform tub‑to‑shower conversions and bath remodels per specifications and codes.
• Load, transport, and unload materials safely to job sites.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all safety regulations.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and conduct final walkthroughs.
• Collaborate with the Installation Manager, troubleshoot on‑site issues, and submit timely updates.

As a contractor, you will be responsible for completing high-quality tub‑to‑shower conversions and other bath remodeling projects. The role requires expertise in general carpentry, plumbing connections, and finishing work, and the ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, professional, and committed to outstanding craftsmanship while representing Expo Home Improvement’s standards.

Requirements: proven experience in general carpentry, plumbing, and bath remodeling; strong attention to detail; ability to work independently while upholding company quality; excellent communication and customer service skills; physical ability to lift heavy materials, climb stairs, and work in demanding conditions; reliable vehicle and own necessary tools; proof of general liability insurance; valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
