Contracts Administrator

Description

• Prepares and agrees on progress claims and extension of time claims with clients
• Manages tender evaluations and recommendations for subcontractor selection
• Processes subcontract variations and assesses extension of time claims
• Maintains detailed understanding of head contracts and subcontract templates, ensuring timely administration of notices
• Prepares and compiles contract documentation and work scopes in collaboration with project managers
• Finalises claims and secures Contract Value Agreements for project completion
• Ensures subcontractors meet all pre-commencement requirements including insurance and statutory obligations
• Coordinates subcontractor tendering, negotiation, recommendation, and contract execution

Requirements

• Experience in finalising claims and securing Contract Value Agreements
• Knowledge of subcontractor approval processes including insurance and statutory compliance
• Experience in preparing scopes of work and coordinating subcontractor tendering and negotiations
• Strong understanding of head contracts and subcontract templates
• Proficiency in tender evaluation and recommendation processes
• Ability to manage contract documentation and ensure compliance with timing and procedural requirements
• Skilled in preparing and negotiating progress claims and extension of time claims
• Ability to process subcontract variations and assess extension of time claims accurately
