Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and pre-start meetings
Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
FRP Form Reo Pour (Concrete) – Manage formwork, reinforcement, and concrete pouring works.
Oversee basement construction, deep excavation, and retaining wall systems
Identify and resolve site issues proactively
Implement and enforce WHS requirements and site safety procedures
Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and construction methodology
Coordinate subcontractors, labour, plant, and materials
Assist with construction sequencing, look-ahead planning, and progress reporting
Liaise with project managers, engineers, consultants, and stakeholders

Experience with FRP works

Solid understanding of temporary works and excavation safety
Strong background in basement works and deep excavation
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on major construction or civil projects
Demonstrated experience with retaining walls (e.g. piled walls, shotcrete, anchors, props)
Ability to commit to a long-term contract and full-time site presence
Ability to manage multiple work fronts in a live construction environment
Relevant trade or construction qualification
Strong knowledge of Australian construction standards and WHS legislation
