We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead high-end tenant improvement (TI) and interior build-out projects throughout Orange County. This position requires a hands-on leader who can manage field operations, drive schedule, and ensure top-quality delivery on fast-paced commercial projects.

The ideal candidate thrives in occupied and unoccupied space renovations, coordinates seamlessly with project managers, subcontractors, and clients, and maintains strict attention to safety and detail from preconstruction through closeout.

  • 7+ years of commercial construction experience with a focus on tenant improvement, corporate interiors, or office build-outs.
  • Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills.
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequencing for interior work.
  • Proven success leading multiple TI projects in occupied spaces or fast-track environments.
  • Proficient in project management and field software (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.).
  • Skilled in reading and interpreting plans, specifications, and submittals.
