Construction Superintendent - Tenant Improvement

• Maintain project schedule and proactively address potential delays.
• Oversee all on-site construction activities for commercial TI and interior renovation projects.
• Maintain clear communication with owners, architects, and tenants.
• Collaborate closely with Project Manager and field staff to align budgets, manpower, and milestones.
• Ensure all work meets plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Oversee punch list and closeout activities to ensure successful project turnover.
• Manage day-to-day field operations including scheduling, subcontractor coordination, inspections, and material logistics.
• Conduct regular site safety meetings and enforce company safety policies.

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead high-end tenant improvement (TI) and interior build-out projects throughout Orange County. This position requires a hands-on leader who can manage field operations, drive schedule, and ensure top-quality delivery on fast-paced commercial projects.

The ideal candidate thrives in occupied and unoccupied space renovations, coordinates seamlessly with project managers, subcontractors, and clients, and maintains strict attention to safety and detail from preconstruction through closeout.

• 7+ years of commercial construction experience with a focus on tenant improvement, corporate interiors, or office build-outs.
• Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequencing for interior work.
• Proven success leading multiple TI projects in occupied spaces or fast-track environments.
• Proficient in project management and field software (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.).
• Skilled in reading and interpreting plans, specifications, and submittals.

Compensation: Up to $140,000 base salary (DOE) + comprehensive benefits
