Senior Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer

Ensure project quality meets/exceeds client expectations by applying international standards and quality procedures across all construction activities.

• Inspect incoming materials per project specs; raise NCRs for rejected items.
• Develop and enforce inspection/testing standards and maintain high-quality processes.
• Manage quality and workmanship in Civil, Architectural, Structural disciplines.
• Conduct quality briefings and maintain records in monthly reports.
• Ensure all Method Statements, ITPs, Test Plans, and Drawings are approved, current, and followed on site.
• Monitor testing, concrete operations, and maintain all related records and logs.
• Oversee all QA/QC documents (certificates, tests, inspections, NCRs, materials).
• Conduct snagging/punch lists and support HSE initiatives.
• Prepare and submit Work Inspection Requests (WIRs) and ensure site items are inspected before consultant review.

• Bachelors in civil engineering or related.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specs, and data sheets.
• Familiar with ISO 9001, QCS, ASTM, BSI, ACI, AASHTO standards.
• Strong technical QC knowledge: ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Minimum 8 years overall, 5 years relevant QA/QC, 2 years GCC experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, Primavera, ERP (SAP preferred).
• Professional certification (MMUP, UPDA, ISO Lead Auditor, or ASQC CQM/CQE).
