Description

We are seeking a Workday Learning Associate to resolve Tier 1 queries and manage transactions within the Workday Learning module. The role involves creating and modifying offerings, sessions, digital courses, and campaigns, as well as maintaining rosters, programs, and audience configurations. You will also handle case‑management queries, such as transcript and training issues, and support test creation in the Questions Bank application.

The position requires close collaboration with subject‑matter experts to review, update, and restructure SOPs, job aids, and reference documents. You will identify and escalate complex issues, ensure compliance with KPIs, KRAs, SLAs, and service standards, and demonstrate solid knowledge of core Learning and Development practices.

• Resolve Tier 1 queries and transactions in Workday Learning.
• Create, modify, and publish digital courses, sessions, and offerings.
• Manage rosters, campaigns, programs, and audience configurations in Workday Learning.
• Handle case‑management queries, including transcripts and training issues.
• Create and edit standalone tests in the Questions Bank application.
• Review and update SOPs, job aids, and reference documents with SMEs.
• Identify and escalate complex queries to appropriate owners.
• Meet KPIs, KRAs, SLAs, and customer service standards.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Personnel Management is required, and 0‑2 years of experience in HR or client services is preferred. Prior experience with Workday Learning or a similar HR ERP is desirable, and familiarity with case‑management tools and the MS Office suite is an advantage. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

• Demonstrate understanding of Learning & Development processes and policies.
• Utilize MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Personnel Management required.
• 0‑2 years of experience in HR or client services preferred.
• Prior exposure to Workday Learning or similar HR ERP is desirable.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated, and detail‑oriented.
• Able to work in a fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Strong customer service and teamwork orientation.
