As the Manager – Tendering & Estimation (B2G), you will lead the effort to identify, qualify, and prepare winning bids across public sector modular infra opportunities. You’ll act as the brain behind Modulus Housing’s tender strategy, filtering high-conversion tenders and ensuring error-free technical and financial submissions
● Develop tender strategies, ensuring alignment with client specifications and business goals.
● Proposal Management Scan GEM, eProcure, and state portals daily to shortlist tenders.
● Develop cost estimates, timelines, and resource requirements for tenders.
● Analyse qualification criteria, pricing trends, EMD/BG terms, and previous
● Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to enhance the company’s tender strategies.
● Conduct market analysis to identify new tender opportunities.
● Prepare and submit tenders, commercial bids, and Request for Proposal (RFP) documents.
● Develop pricing buffers and track margin sensitivities.
● Present project proposals to management and clients, ensuring clarity on scope and deliverables.
● Coordinate with internal departments (technical, finance, procurement) to gather required inputs for tenders.
Tender Preparation and Submission
● Risk assessment and price modeling.
● Prepare tender review reports with risk filters (LDs, payment terms, penalties).
BE/BTech in Civil, Quantity Surveying, or Estimation; PG preferred.
● Advanced Excel, costing templates, and bid sheet prep.
CTC: 7-10 LPA
● Strong process orientation and attention to documentation.
● 5–9 years in tendering, costing, or contracts in prefab, PEB, or EPC sector.
