Tasks

-Installation of various types of mechanical equipment and associated piping. -Working with owners and consultants -Read blueprints, determine layouts of plumbing fixtures, water supplies, vent and drainage systems, repair and maintain domestic hot and cold-water systems, install commercial & residential plumbing fixtures. -Install NG (natural gas) distribution piping and size as per code. -Running prime contractor projects

What You Bring

-Hydronic retro fits I.e. boilers, pumps, -Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Foreman -Chiller retro fits -Ability to work alone and in a team environment. -Able to work with minimal supervision. -Heat pump re & re’s -Must be able to lift heavy materials, tools and equipment when required. -Understanding of Mechanical Installation and local codes. -Valid BC Driver’s License.
