Efficiently, effectively, and accurately complete all steps in the remanufacturing process for every component in a major product family (up to and including straight shafts and armatures to 78 inches in total length, etc.).

A minimum of 6 months working in Wage Grade 3 or higher. Relevant & applicable external experience to the position will alternatively be considered.
Strong organizational skills and ability to follow work instructions.
Competency in a machine shop environment is preferred.

Mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn.
Previous experience operating cylindrical grinding equipment is preferred.
Previous experience grinding industrial crankshafts is preferred.
Ability to regularly lift and handle material weighing up to 40 pounds.
A condition of employment is the ability to be fit tested and the ability to wear a respirator.
