What you would be doing

- Efficiently, effectively, and accurately complete all steps in the remanufacturing process for every component in a major product family (up to and including straight shafts and armatures to 78 inches in total length, etc.).

- Must be able to communicate written and spoken English effectively.
- A minimum of 6 months working in Wage Grade 3 or higher. Relevant & applicable external experience to the position will alternatively be considered.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to follow work instructions.
- Competency in a machine shop environment is preferred.
- Applicants must apply with either an updated Professional Profile on Workday or attached resume to be considered.
- Mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn.
- Previous experience operating cylindrical grinding equipment is preferred.
- Previous experience grinding industrial crankshafts is preferred.
- Ability to regularly lift and handle material weighing up to 40 pounds.
- A condition of employment is the ability to be fit tested and the ability to wear a respirator.
- Hourly Rate: $31.93 - $43.26 / Hour.
