The Officer will oversee a portfolio of properties, coordinating inspections and repairs while maintaining accurate records, and will maintain regular contact with service users through visits and telephone calls to encourage engagement with appointments and support services.
- Manage diary and property portfolio; conduct inspections, raise work orders and monitor repairs.
- Balance administrative duties with direct face‑to‑face and telephone support for service users.
- Maintain regular contact with service users, encouraging attendance at appointments and uptake of support services.
- Assist users with health, finances, repairs and the move‑on process, applying empathy and problem‑solving skills.
- Provide appointment and referral support, including fallback assistance, leveraging knowledge of local services.
- Help users secure suitable accommodation by navigating housing pathways and advocating on their behalf.
- Arrange food parcels and ensure access to essential resources for vulnerable individuals.
- Contribute to a multidisciplinary frontline team supporting people affected by drug misuse, homelessness, mental health, trafficking or offending histories.
- Assess individual and family needs to develop appropriate support packages that promote independence.

Strong organisational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to work independently are essential, as is a full UK driving licence for travel between properties and appointments.
