Develop or update standard operating procedures and best practices for enhance production operations. Internal stakeholders: Production team members, EHS, Procurement, SOIP, Finance, HR, Maintenance, and QA. External stakeholders: Global counterparts of other Lixil plants, standards auditors.
Drive strong 5S culture in the team and ensure that the standard of excellence is delivered.
