- Ability to safely handle and maintain bare hand and power tools used for installation
- Ability to remember and follow instructions
- Pipe bending, wire pulling, running conduit
- You must have your own basic set of hand and power tools
- May require prolonged periods of sitting, standing, or walking throughout the workday
- Demonstrated concern for safety and adherence to all company policies while promoting them to others
- 1-3 years of Electrical Solar Installation experience
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
