The company is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in Victoria, TX to collaborate with the team in maintaining and improving manufacturing processes and systems. This role involves analyzing current and future system, procedure, and equipment needs based on production requirements.
- Conduct New Product Introduction (NPI) project analysis and planning.
- Perform feasibility studies for site optimization of existing and new processes.
- Improve overall cost structure and facility efficiency.
- Develop detailed project plans covering tasks, resources, costs, and critical path timelines.
- Design manufacturing assembly processes and create PFMEA documentation.
- Apply Lean manufacturing principles to drive process improvements.
- Lead capital planning and procurement for equipment acquisition and fabrication.
- Design, acquire, fabricate, and repair assembly equipment and machines.
- Participate in collaborative product and process development initiatives.
- Manage material deviation processes and communicate findings.
- Provide analysis and recommendations for engineering product designs.

- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing philosophy and implementation.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and ability to manage end‑to‑end production.
- Strong decision‑making and critical‑thinking abilities.
- Familiarity with Caterpillar product structure and Product Release Workbench (PRWB).
- Experience with Teamcenter Lifecycle Visualization (VPPa preferred).
- Lean certification (Six Sigma Green or Black Belt) and project management experience.
- Proficiency in Primavera or Microsoft Project Planner, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Python.
- Excellent communication skills for supplier and cross‑functional interactions.
- Ability to read prints, GD&T, CMM reports, and use Microsoft Office, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI.
- Advanced 2D/3D modeling skills with AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
