Maintenance Tech

Description

• Perform maintenance tasks including appliance repair, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, water/sewer systems, and environmental services.
• Conduct seasonal maintenance such as lawn care, pest control, snow removal, and pool/spa operations.
• Maintain equipment and tools, including company trucks and lawn mowers, in excellent condition.
• Repair community infrastructure like roads, driveways, sprinklers, and irrigation systems.

Requirements

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician who enjoys working outdoors, solving problems, and ensuring spaces are safe and well‑maintained. In this role you will perform essential repairs and seasonal upkeep, directly enhancing the quality of life for our residents while working with a supportive team.

• Hands‑on experience in maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of plumbing, landscaping, equipment maintenance, and pool care.
• Valid driver’s license in your state of residence.
• Flexibility to handle on‑call assignments as needed.
