As a Site Administrator at ALEC Building, you’ll play a key role in ensuring seamless daily operations within our project. This is your opportunity to contribute to the success of the projects through strong coordination, organization, and proactive administrative support.
You will report to the Project Manager and be a pivotal member of the site team, managing day-to-day administrative responsibilities that support operations, logistics, and compliance. You’ll collaborate with production staff, suppliers, and office teams to keep workflows smooth and aligned with business needs.
- Managing office resources, supplies, and equipment at the site
- Preparing reports and updates for site operations and workforce activities
- Supporting material tracking, deliveries, and inventory documentation
- Supporting the PM’s scheduling and travel coordination
- Coordinating internal and external communication between site, suppliers, and office
- Assisting with compliance, documentation, and general administrative duties
- Maintaining and organizing all site documentation, records, and files
- Arranging meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items
