- Must be comfortable with agency reviews (DOB, FDNY, DOT, etc.) and zoning analysis
- Able to manage multiple fast-paced projects, perform site visits, and handle construction administration tasks
- Strong drafting skills in Revit and AutoCAD; ability to self-perform and guide junior staff
- Experience preparing and reviewing Façade Repair Drawings and Tenant Protection Plans
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
