  • Participate in the planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating detailed phases of engineering projects
  • Assist in development of engineering scope of work and services proposals
  • Manage multi-discipline engineering teams responsible for scope, schedule and budget
  • Participate in business development to provide advice and solutions to the client's problems
  • Develop construction work packages and contractor scope of work documents
  • Inspects completed installations for conformance with design and equipment specifications and safety standards
  • Provide on-site start up support
  • Direct preparation of drawings and specific type of equipment and materials to be used, in construction and equipment installation

  • Well organized with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and operate within budgets and work directly with client engineers, maintenance teams and construction contractors
  • Capability with CAD systems including AutoCAD is preferred but not required
  • Experience with Innovation – Green steel, Repeatability, Advanced Alloys
  • Process Technology Experience / Expertise – Smelting, Casting, Rolling, Heat Treat, Blast Furnaces, EAFs, Specialty Alloys, Finishing
  • Comfortable working with integrated designs on large capital projects involving mechanical, chemical, civil, and electrical disciplines
  • Technical expertise in Metals – proven understanding or expertise of metallurgy, process technologies and industry standards.
  • PE license or EIT certificate with ability to obtain PE license is preferred but not required
  • 10+ years of experience with experience in consulting engineering, construction industry and/or operations with strong focus on the heavy industrial metals sector, including:
