The Senior Structural Engineer role offers a variety of interesting and challenging opportunities in structural engineering, providing an excellent platform to advance your career. You will collaborate with a team of structural engineers, interface with engineers from other disciplines, and guide the work of less‑experienced project team members.
Key responsibilities include applying knowledge of materials, structural analysis, steel design and reinforced concrete design across a wide range of client projects. You will prepare and review design calculations, develop specifications and reports, support drawing development, and mentor others in producing engineering deliverables. Travel to client and vendor offices, as well as plant sites, is required for design reviews, construction coordination and field verification.

The position requires a BS in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis from an ABET‑accredited program and at least five years of experience on design and analysis of structures. Candidates must be proficient with analysis software such as STAAD, SAP2000, SAFE, STRUDL or ANSYS and familiar with codes like ASCE 7, AISC and ACI. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential; a MSCE, power‑plant or industrial experience, on‑site construction support, or a PE/SE license are valued but not mandatory.

The compensation range for this role is $82,380 to $125,860, with a transparent total package that combines base salary, benefits and discretionary annual bonuses.
