The selling process will involve iPad presentations and a computer generated sales proposal on initial in-house visit. The sales rep will also be assigned to the well-equipped showroom. Inside sales support will be provided. The sales rep will be provided with product and sales process training and customer interest leads. His/her performance will be evaluated via the following metrics:

Paid Training, during your 6-week training, you will receive $800/week for the first 2 weeks, $1000/week for the second 2 weeks and $1200/week for the final 2 weeks. Once training is over, it would move to 100% commission with a draw

Homeowners can schedule appointments 7 days per week at 11am, 2 pm, or 5 pm. We do require at least 2 Saturdays a month and 3 evening appointments a week; Sundays are optional
